Over the years our 15th century watermill, functioning in the past as a corn flour mill and today as a generator for electricity, was converted into the present bed & breakfast chambres et table d’hôtes.

Le Moulin is situated in a small and quiet Jura village called La Ferté, 10 km from Arbois and 30 to 40 km from cities like Dole, Besançon, Lons le Saunier. At a 45 minutes drive are the mountains and lakes of the Haut Jura.

The region to which the Jura belongs is called Franche Comté and this is synonymous to space, walking, cycling and in winter skiing, both downhill and cross-country.
